Broker Price Opinion

Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) are a specialized type of site-inspections. Although the BPO is only an opinion, it is frequently utilized by lenders and investors to help gauge the value of a property.

All BPOs (Bulk BPOs excluded) are performed and made fully-compliant with the standards set forth in the NABPOP (National Association of Broker Price Opinion Providers) specifications. These specifications have been pivotal in the standardization of the procedures used for this industry activity.

Internal BPO:

Interior inspection of property, internal and external pictures taken, assessment of current market condition, assessment of neighborhood, comparable properties

External BPO:

Drive-by only, only external pictures taken, assessment of current market condition, assessment of neighborhood, comparable properties

Bulk BPO:
